Jen began her career in PwC’s auditing division, where she developed her rigorous approach to risk assessment, compliance, and financial analysis. Today, with over a decade of experience across residential, investment, and commercial lending, she specialises in designing smart, tailored loan structures that align with each client’s long-term goals.
Outside of work, Jen is a devoted dog mum to her two border collies — her daily source of joy, balance, and inspiration.

Before joining the financial industry, Sincere worked as a teacher, building her strengths in communication, patience, and helping people understand complex ideas with ease.
She also has experience in Study and Migration services, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by new migrants and families building a future in New Zealand. As a mother of three, Sincere connects naturally with family-focused clients and provides guidance that is both practical and heartfelt.

Currently, Luna is pursuing her studies at The University of Auckland, majoring in Statistics and Psychology. This unique combination helps her manage applications with accuracy while supporting clients with empathy and reassurance.
Outside of work and study, Luna loves hiking and outdoor adventures, always exploring new tracks around the world.
